Sydney Hills Gymnastics offers a variety of programs for all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. Sydney Hills Gymnastics strives to provide a positive learning experience for those interested in the sport of gymnastics.

Gymnasts at this level can participate in the National program known as LaunchPad that includes: KinderGym, GymFun and GymSkills. Homeschool Classes: Another great option from the Calgary Gym Centre is the GymKids Club, which will help those who are homeschooling or doing online school this year. The Calgary Gymnastics Centre InterClub Program is unique to this club and consists of three gymnastics disciplines, country hills gymnastics, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline and Tumbling. Each InterClub discipline consists of three levels: Junior, Intermediate and Senior. Founded in 1984 the Richmond Hill Gymnastics Club provides top quality developmental and competitive programs to boys and girls in Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in the fact that each child who comes through our door is special. Winning or losing is not the focus of our club. We maintain our philosophy of “Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals” which is wholly engaged by our fully qualified, nationally certified experienced instructors.
Gymnastics at The Richmond Hill Gymnastics Club has a variety of formats. They include, just tumbling/acro specific for dancers and cheerleaders, and developmental gymnastics programs for boys and girls ages walking to 16yrs. We also have 16+ for older participants and adults. We also offer a variety of competitive programs for boys and girls. These many formats allow children to participate in all levels of gymnastics no matter their age and ability. Coaching opportunities are also available for these young adults.

Calgary Gymnastics Centre
Alex has been the ED of Halton Hills Gymnastics since 2021. Before joining the gymnastics world, Alex had worked with youth, non-profit organizations all over the country for almost two decades! From Youth Soccer in Cambridge, Ontario, to Ultimate Frisbee in Toronto, country hills gymnastics, Ontario and Tennis Club management in Calgary, Alberta. Alex also had a long foray into private, gym management, managing multiple GoodLife Fitness’ in both Calgary and Toronto, country hills gymnastics. He even had a stint as an entrepreneur running his own craft brewery!
Alex brings his love of sport and fitness to HHGC, coupled with his passion to ensure youth stay active in a safe and country hills gymnastics environment. You’ll see him most evenings and weekends talking to the kids or greeting parents; feel free to stop by and welcome him to the club!
Coaching and training experience includes the CSS Club for the Romanian National Championships; athletes competing at National Championship; and the Campbell River Gymnastics Association, British Columbia. Coaching at Halton Hills Gymnastics Centre for 16 years.

Alyssa comes to country hills gymnastics Halton Hills Gymnastics Club with over 15 years of coaching experience and over 5 years of leading and developing strong teams. She grew up as an athlete doing gymnastics at Futures in Mississauga, and as a Pre-Comp coach at Milton Springers. She developed a love and passion for the sport and sees this opportunity at HHGC as a natural progression of her skills, interests and experience. Health, fitness and well-being is at the core of who Alyssa is and she is still an active competing athlete with the Canadian Physique Alliance. Alyssa believes that gymnastics is the foundation sport for youth and has an encouraging, positive approach to teaching gymnastics. Alyssa also has such a passion country hills gymnastics develop coaches to help them become strong role models for our athletes, keeping them engaged in gymnastics!
Alyssa’s vision is to create a culture of fun, fitness and the fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe, friendly and fair atmosphere, upholding our core values. Alyssa has coached all levels of the Recreational Stream, Pre-Competitive, Developmental and Invitational levels in the Competitive stream. Alyssa has an Honors Degree from the University of Guelph, is NCCP Level 2 WAG certified, Level 1 NCCP Trampoline and is a certified Nutrition Coach.
Barb has been with the Halton Hills Gymnastis Centre for 22 years and has over 20 years of coaching experience. Barb is a Certified Level 1 Women's Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline coach and has been involved country hills gymnastics everything from Coaching, Rec Director, leading fundraising initiatives, Volunteer recruitment and running the day to day operations of the facility. Barb the number 1 fan of all the gymnasts in our club and gets excited for each athlete as they master new skills. She is an avid sportsperson and the Office Manager.

Emily started gymnastics when she was three years old and immediately fell in love with the sport. She competed in women's artistic gymnastics for many years before finishing her competitive career at the age of 22. Since then, she has kept active by participating in competitive cheerleading with Brock University and local all-star teams. Emily has over a decade of coaching experience, is a fully Level.2 Certified W.A.G Coach and has worked in many areas of gymnastics including, competitive, recreational, trampoline, tumbling, 4 person air hockey more!
Emma has been a part of Halton Hills Gymnastics Centre since she was 6 years old. She trained competitively from age 7-13 and competed all across the province. Emma competed at a provincial level for several years, where she worked towards competing level 7. Emma has been coaching at HHGC for 6 years and is Level 2 Women's Artistic Gymnastics Trained as well as Level 1 Trampoline certified. Emma has a passion for working with children which has lead her to study Child & Youth at Brock University.
Para Hills Gymnastic Club Inc is affiliated with Gymnastics SA and as such, all classes and programs we offer are based on nationally recognised programs endorsed by Gymnastics Australia and utilised by country hills gymnastics around the country.
Para Hills Gymnastic Club Inc is a not for profit Incorporated community organisation which has operated in the Ingle Farm area for over 35 years. The club rules are set out in the Para Hills Gymnastic Club Inc Constitution which provides for administration by a management committee consisting solely of volunteers working to provide the best training for your child/children at a reasonable best tennis shoes for jumping various gymnastic programs conducted in our gymnastics club cater for the beginner recreational gymnast. Our emphasis is providing an environment that is safe, fun and challenging, regardless of your child's ability level, age or interests. Brooklyn park youth baseball tournament progressive programs allow for gymnasts to participate in a group that best suits their goals and needs, under the guidance of our qualified and experienced coaches. The range of recreational experiences on offer includes groups for participants from age 5 through to adults.
To maintain the smooth operation of our Club, members pay a membership fee which assists with equipment maintenance, court hire etc. The Club is also committed to the implementation of its Member Protection Policy and so staff members are required to have a current DHS/WWCC check, First Aid qualifications and Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership.
