McLean Youth Lacrosse Fall Program


We will offer THREE Fall Programs for Girls 6U to 14U (Grades Pre-K to 7th/8th grade).

1). Girls Sat/Sunday Fall Outdoor BOX League
We will form McLean teams in the 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, & 7th/8th grade categories at A & B skill levels (see below) and enter them into our Sat/Sunday Fall BOX Lacrosse League in McLean at McLean HS. Cost of this program is $ for 6 games, mclean box lacrosse league. Games Start Sat/Sunday, September  weekend,  and end October  weekend. Some games might be on Sat afternoon/evenings.

Our McLean teams will play in the Fall BOX League on Sat/Sundays with game times varying each Saturday between 3pm-8pm and Sunday between 8am-8pm over at McLean HS Stadium.  Sat afternoon/night games are possible. Team notification and game schedules will be announced around September 1. League play starts Sat/Sunday September  and goes until Sat/Sunday Octber

Only players with at least one-year playing experience can play, mclean box lacrosse league. Not for Beginners, beginners are highly encouraged to sign up for the Fall Instructional Clinic Program.


2). Girls Fall Instructional Clinic Program
We are pleased to announce an exciting Fall Instructional Program at McLean Youth Lacrosse.
The Instructional Clinics: We will focus on the beginner-to-intermediate level player (K-8th Grade) (birth years  to ) who wants to learn the fundamentals of the game. We will teach the basics of field play and the finer mechanics of throwing, catching, cradling, & shooting. This Instructional Program will be taught each week by highly qualified coaches.

This is a once a week clinic for hours for 6 weeks on Saturdays, starting Sept 11 & going to October Clinic will held in McLean at Lewinsville Park Grass field pm-3pm. We will arrange for periodic scrimmages during the Fall so the players can utilize what they’ve learned in a game-like situation. Cost of this erik larson football is only $ Equipment is required for all players, U6-U12 age-groups and can be purchased during the Clinic Registration for an additional amount.

We are pleased to offer 5 weeks in September into October/November on Monday/Tuesday nights our Positional & Specialty Clinics with some great coaches. Clinics start in Sept/Oct and go till October/November so 5 weeks. We're offering advanced instruction mclean box lacrosse league Goalie & Shooting/Dodging/Defense training. Registration will Open early September.

FCYLC has opened registration for the spring season. To register, go to casinoextra.fr and select Register on the left-hand menu.

 

1. Who can participate in Falls Church Youth Lacrosse Club?
The boundaries of FCYLC include all addresses that align with the following public high schools: Meridian HS, Falls Church HS, Justice HS, Marshall MS, McLean HS, Yorktown HS, Washington-Liberty HS. NVYLL will grant waivers in certain cases, please contact FCYLC if you are interested in a waiver. Click on casinoextra.fr to find the complete list of NVYLL club boundaries.

2. What are the ages/grades of the players? 
For boys, players must be 14 & under thru the entire school year ending 8/31/ Girls must be in grades K thru 8. FCYLC also runs a 6U boys’ clinic for kids who are ages and not ready to play competitive lacrosse. Players who are on a Varsity/JV high school team are ineligible to play in the NVYLL.  8th graders who play JV lacrosse for their high school may participate in the NVYLL, although this not typical.

3. How are the teams determined? 
Teams are based on age for boys and grade for girls. When we have enough players to mt vernon football live stream multiple teams, we will hold preseason assessments and place players in one of the A, B, mclean box lacrosse league, or C division teams.

FCYLC may combine players in a division with those from neighboring NVYLL clubs so that we have enough players to form A, B and C teams to provide an appropriately competitive team for your child, mclean box lacrosse league. The boys plan to join forces with Annandale this spring. We have a target number of teams at each age level and will waitlist players with the hope of forming an additional mclean box lacrosse league when possible. Please register early to reserve your spot.

4. When does the season start and finish? 
Practice and tryouts will start in February for boys 10U and up and girls 34 and up, initially on the weekends. Starting in March, teams will practice twice a week and play a game/scrimmage on the weekend. Typically, boys play games on Saturday and girls play on Sunday afternoon. The first league games are the weekend of March 26/ We will not have games Memorial Day Weekend (May 28/29). Playoffs mclean box lacrosse league 4/5 and June 11/ “A” division teams will have playoffs the May 21/

5. Can I rent equipment?
As noted in the registration form, the club has a limited amount of equipment to rent for boys ($50). We no longer rent equipment for girls, girls are expected to provide their own sticks and SEI approved goggles. We provide rentals to those families who are trying the sport for the first time and not yet committed to the sport to buy the equipment, or who are not able to purchase it. We ask that all other families purchase equipment for your child. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.  You are responsible for the timely return of rental equipment. FCYLC reserves the right to liberty north football schedule ($) your account if equipment is damaged or not returned at the end of the season.

6. What are the costs?
The early registration fee is $ for you first child, and $ for siblings, mclean box lacrosse league.  8U boys and K2 girls are $ The 6U boys’ clinic is $ plus $25 to rent equipment.  After 1/31/, fees increase by $ Shorts and skorts can be purchased for $ The equipment rental fee is $50 for boys and $25 for girls. Partial/full scholarships are available for families who need assistance with registration fees.  If interested, please contact the FCYLC via email noted below.

7. Refunds
If a player withdraws after registering, the parent may request a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) by sending an email to   no later than March 15th, No refunds after this date unless an injury with written Doctor's note. Refunds will only be processed via credit card. If the season is cancelled while in progress, we will offer pro-rata refunds or credits.

Steps to Register:

  1. Go to casinoextra.fr, select Register on the left-hand menu, and pick either Boys or Girls Spring.
  2. Scroll down below and select the team for your child. Mclean box lacrosse league on the header title for that team to begin registration, then click on Continue
  3. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, or do not have one, simply enter your email address and follow the instructions and one will be sent to you.
  4. Click register next to your child's name. Any information that you provided in previous registrations will already be included. Check to make sure that all fields are filled in.

Welcome to volkswagen golf price in nepal Perfect Performance Boys Lacrosse Academy! We focus on skills specific to athlete's position and desired areas for improvement. 

 

The Perfect Performance Shooting & Dodging clinic will teach athletes how to be an effective attacker and goal scorer. These clinics will be led by Pat Young, a University of Maryland Lacrosse Alumnus, and Professional Lacrosse Player in the PLL. Athletes will learn how to improve their footwork, how to create space, and increase their shots and goals. Not only will athletes learn how to attack, but they will learn how to create more shot opportunities.
